Once your event has been postponed and a new event listing has been created, Skiddle will automatically move the remaining tickets to the new event.
The timing of this will depend on the refund options period you selected when postponing the event.
📅 When Are Tickets Moved?
Tickets are moved across once a day, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Once the transfer has been completed, your customers' tickets will be associated with the new event listing. 🎟️
💡 Tip: You can still view your previous event's ticket sales by locating the original event within your Promotion Centre account.
