When you postpone your event through the Promotion Centre, your tickets are automatically removed from sale. This prevents customers from purchasing tickets for the original event date.
📅 How Do I Put My Tickets Back on Sale?
Once you have confirmed a new date, you'll need to set up your rescheduled event listing and add the remaining tickets to it.
Once your tickets have been added to the new listing, you can put them back on sale and continue selling tickets for your rescheduled event. 🎟️
