You can view the ticket sales from your previous or postponed events directly through the Promotion Centre.
📊 View Your Previous Ticket Sales
🖥️ Log into the Promotion Centre.
📋 On the left-hand side, select Orders.
Click View All Orders.
📅 Use the Calendar icon to select the date range of the orders you'd like to view.
✅ Click Done to apply your selected date range.
You'll then be able to view the orders and ticket sales within the selected period.
💡 Please note: If you're viewing sales for a recently postponed event, Skiddle will move any remaining tickets to your new rescheduled event 14 days after the new date has been announced.
