Once you've postponed your event, you'll need to create a new listing for the rescheduled date so your tickets can be moved across.
Luckily, this is quick and easy to do. 👇
📝 Create Your New Event Listing
Once you've completed the postponement process, you'll see a link at the top of the page.
Select:
'Next: Click here to create a new event listing for your rescheduled date, so we can move your tickets across.'
This will automatically create a new event listing for you, copying across the information from your previous event date. 🎟️
🎟️ What Happens to Existing Tickets?
Following the postponement, Skiddle will move your customers' tickets across to the new event listing.
Once this has been completed, you'll receive an email confirmation to let you know the tickets have been moved. 📧
💡 Top tip: Make sure your new listing contains the correct information for your rescheduled event before tickets are moved across.
