If you have previously postponed your event with a new date "to be confirmed", but now find yourself in a position where the event cannot go ahead on a future date, this will require updating to "Cancelled".

Firstly, please log into your account in the Promotion Centre and locate your original event using the 'events overview' section. When you have selected your event, you will see a red banner at the top of the page, please click to 'provide us with a date for your rescheduled event' - please repeat the process you did to postpone your event originally but this time, select cancelled, rather than postponed.

Once you have previewed this and actioned the cancellation, customers will receive another email informing them that the event will not be taking place and that they will be receiving a refund, in due course. Skiddle will then arrange for face value refunds to be processed.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your dedicated Account Manager or our Account Support Team at promoters@skiddle.com
