Skiddle release ticket funds after the event has taken place. This is to ensure we have the funds as should the event cancel or postpone, customers are entitled to a full face value refund as per our Terms and Conditions.

Remittance is run automatically every Tuesday and Thursday, with funds taking 2-3 working days to clear into your nominated bank account listed in your Promotion Centre.

The day that your event takes place determines which day your remittance will be generated. Remittance run on a Tuesday will pick up any events from Wednesday to Sunday for the prior week and Thursday remittance will pick up any events from Monday and Tuesday of that week.
