This ensures funds are available should an event be cancelled or postponed, as customers are entitled to a full face-value refund in line with our Terms & Conditions.
📅 When Is Remittance Run?
Remittance is processed automatically every Tuesday and Thursday. 🔄
Once your remittance has been processed, funds typically take 2–3 working days to clear into your nominated bank account. 🏦💷
Your event date determines which remittance run will pick up your ticket funds.
🗓️ Tuesday Remittance
Tuesday's remittance includes events that took place Wednesday to Sunday of the previous week.
🗓️ Thursday Remittance
Thursday's remittance includes events that took place Monday and Tuesday of the same week.
💰 Example
If your event takes place on a:
📅 Wednesday–Sunday → Funds will be picked up in the following Tuesday's remittance.
📅 Monday–Tuesday → Funds will be picked up in the following Thursday's remittance.
Once the remittance has been generated, allow 2–3 working days for the funds to reach your nominated bank account. 💷

Make sure your bank details are correct and up to date to avoid delays with your payment.
