If you need your funds sooner, we offer Same Day Payments for £12.50 + VAT or €12.50 + VAT. This means your remittance can clear into your bank account on the same day. 🚀.
📅 When Are Same Day Payments Available?
Same Day Payments are available every Tuesday and Thursday. 📆
⏰ Important: If you're requesting a Same Day Payment on a Tuesday or Thursday, you must submit your request before 10am. Late requests cannot be accommodated.
Same Day payments are available each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
⚙️ How to Request a Same Day Payment & Change Your Same Day Payment Settings
You can request a Same Day Payment directly through the Promotion Centre.
🖥️ Log in to the Promotion Centre.
💰 Go to Finance.
📊 Select Remittance.
📋 Click Unpaid Report.
This page shows any funds on your account that have not yet been paid to you.
Once you're on the Unpaid Report:
5. ⬇️ Scroll down to the Request same day settlement of your funds section.
6. ⚙️ Click Change same day payment settings.
7. ☑️ Tick Request same day settlement for your next remittance.
8. 💾 Click Save.
The Same Day Payment fee will automatically be applied to your account and your funds will be processed during the next available remittance cycle.
🔄 Want Same Day Payments Automatically?
You can also choose to apply Same Day Payments to all future remittances.
When you open the Same Day Payment settings:
☑️ Select Request same day settlement for your next remittance.
☑️ A second option will appear to apply Same Day Payments to all future remittances.
💾 Tick the second option and click Save.
Same Day Payments will then remain active for future remittances until you untick the option. 🔄
