Reasons why your remittance statement may be less than expected.

The discrepancy with your total ticket sales and your remittance statement is usually due to late ticket sales on the day of the event. All ticket funds take up to 24 hours to clear into the Skiddle account and therefore, late sales may not have cleared in time for your first remittance cycle. If this is the case, you will be remitted over two cycles.

Remittance is run automatically each week every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am.
