If you have a variety of tickets to sell for your event, such as Early Bird Ticket, First Release, Second Release, and so on, you will need to add each ticket type as its own unique ticket following the 'How to add a ticket' process but ensure the on/off sale times are amended accordingly to allow tickets to follow a tiered/staggered formation of sale.

First of all add your ticket which will be on sale first, for example, an Early Bird Ticket or a similar lower-priced ticket. Within the 'stop selling tickets' section, select when this ticket should come off sale.

Once saved, select the 'add tickets' button again. Name your ticket accordingly, First Release, General Admission Ticket etc and in the 'start selling tickets now' section select when tickets are to come on sale. If this ticket is to come on sale when the previous ticket has gone off sale, select 'automatically when another ticket goes offsale...' and from the dropdown menu, choose the ticket this new one is to follow.

If you have more tickets in for the tiered formation, select the off sale time as you did above and continue to repeat this process until you’ve listed all your tiered tickets.
