🎟️ Tiered/Staggered Tickets

Want to sell tickets at different prices as your event gets closer? You can set up tiered or staggered tickets such as Early Bird, First Release, Second Release, General Admission, and more. 🎫📈

Each ticket type needs to be created separately, with its own on-sale and off-sale times to control when each ticket becomes available.

Start by creating the ticket you want to go on sale first, such as an Early Bird or other lower-priced ticket.

When setting up the ticket:

This will determine when your first ticket tier ends.

Once your first ticket has been created, select Add Tickets again.

Create your next ticket, such as First Release or General Admission.

In the Start selling tickets now section, choose when you want the new ticket to become available.

If you want the new ticket to automatically go on sale when the previous ticket sells out or goes off sale, select:

Automatically when another ticket goes off sale...

🔽 Then use the dropdown to select the ticket that this new ticket should follow.

If you have additional ticket tiers, repeat the same process for each one.

For example:

Early Bird → First Release → Second Release → Final Release

For each ticket:

This allows your tickets to move through each pricing tier automatically, creating a clear and structured sales journey for your customers. 🎟️➡️🎟️➡️🎟️

Make sure the on-sale and off-sale times for each ticket are set correctly before publishing your event.

This ensures each ticket tier becomes available at the right time and customers are automatically moved onto the next price point when the previous tier ends. 📈
