If you're running an event where physical stub tickets are required for entry, you'll need to send your physical ticket stock to Skiddle's Ticket Dispatch Team so we can distribute the tickets to customers.
📦 Sending Your Physical Ticket Stock
It's useful to keep an eye on your ticket counts and reports through the Promotion Centre, but we recommend sending us the full allocation of tickets available to cover any additional sales that may come through.
For more information about managing your ticket counts, see our relevant help guide.
⚠️ Important: Your full ticket stock must arrive with us at least 4 weeks before your event date. This gives our Ticket Dispatch Team enough time to process and post tickets to customers.

⏰ Important Posting Deadlines
The last posting date is the final date on which our Ticket Dispatch Team can send physical tickets to customers.
Generally:
📮 UK orders: Up to 2 days before the event
🌍 International orders: Up to 10 working days before the event
These dates can vary if your event falls around a bank holiday or weekend, so we recommend sending your stock well in advance.
📱 What Happens If Stock Isn't Received in Time?
If your physical ticket stock isn't received before the relevant posting deadline, we'll need to issue customers with RapidScan e-tickets / COBO tickets instead.
In this situation, it is the promoter's and venue's responsibility to ensure these tickets are accepted for entry.
To keep your ticket sales open for as long as possible, the default delivery method will automatically switch to RapidScan e-tickets after the physical ticket posting deadline, unless you've made alternative arrangements with the Ticket Dispatch Team.
💡 Tip: Send your full ticket allocation at least 4 weeks before the event to make sure there's plenty of time for tickets to be processed and delivered to customers.
