To order Skiddle-branded printed tickets:

📋 Provide the required details for your ticket order.
🎨 Skiddle will create a mock-up/proof of your ticket.
👀 Review the proof carefully.
✅ Sign off the proof to confirm you're happy for the tickets to be printed.
⚠️ Important: Once the order has been confirmed, further amendments cannot be accepted.
⏱️ How Long Does Printing Take?
The usual turnaround time for printed tickets is:
5–7 working days 📅
This may take longer during particularly busy or peak periods.
All printed ticket orders must be paid for in advance of printing and delivery.
📦 How Are Tickets Delivered?
Printed tickets are dispatched using:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature 📬
Delivery will normally arrive on the next business day after dispatch.
🔍 Check Your Proof Carefully
It's the promoter's responsibility to check the ticket proof and raise any errors before printing.
If you spot a mistake:
📝 Raise it when you receive the proof.
✏️ Any required amendments can then be made before printing.
⚠️ Errors reported after printing may result in an additional charge, which will be discussed with you at the time.
❌ Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, but cancellation charges may apply.
If a proof has already been sent to you and you then decide to cancel the order, a charge of:
