If you're struggling with Wi-Fi connectivity at your event entrance, you can hire a 4G portable router with cross-network connectivity.
Dongle hire: £30 + VAT
We will pre-load the data onto the SIM card. Any network costs accrued may also be chargeable.
⚠️ Equipment Restrictions & Damages
RapidScan equipment must only be used for scanning tickets at your event.
The following restrictions apply:
📱 Scanning devices must not be used for any purpose other than scanning tickets.
📡 The 4G dongle must only be used for RapidScan.
💻 Any data usage outside of scanning tickets may be chargeable.
🔧 Any breakages or damage to Skiddle RapidScan equipment, including 4G dongles, will be chargeable.
