🪑 How Do I Sell Tables via Skiddle?

Set up table bookings for groups while keeping track of your event capacity.

Table bookings are a great way to sell group bookings while making it easy to manage your venue capacity. 👥

Setting up table bookings with Skiddle is simple! 🎟️

🛠️ How to Set Up Table Bookings

When creating your table ticket, follow these five steps:

1. 🎫 Name Your Ticket

Name your ticket clearly so customers know how many people the table accommodates.

Example:
One Table - Up to 4 Guests

2. 📝 Add the Total Table Price

In the ticket description, clearly state the total price for the table.

Example:
Total: £120 + BF

3. 💷 Set the Ticket Price

Set the ticket value as the price per individual, rather than the total table price.

Example:
£30 per head

4. 👥 Set the Minimum & Maximum

Set the minimum and maximum purchase amount to match the number of people who can sit at the table.

For a table of 4:

Minimum: 4
Maximum: 4

This ensures customers must purchase all 4 tickets to book the table.

5. 📊 Set Your Allocation

Set your allocation based on the total number of people your available tables can accommodate.

For example, if you have 15 tables of 4 available:

4 guests × 15 tables = 60 ticket allocation

So your allocation would be 60.

🎯 Example Table Setup

For a table of 4 guests, your ticket would look like this:

📱 Why Use Table Bookings?

Setting up your tickets this way means every member of the booking receives their own unique barcode. 🎟️

This allows each guest to be scanned individually on arrival, while also helping you monitor your event capacity through the RapidScan app.

💡 Top Tip: Make sure your ticket name and description clearly explain the total table price, so customers understand exactly what they're purchasing before booking.
