Looking to maximise your bank holiday sales, wondering when you’ll be paid for your event, or need to get in touch with a query? Here’s our comprehensive guide ahead of the Easter Bank Holiday!
Rapidscan & Last Minute Sales
Why stop selling tickets on the night? Did you know that our Rapidscan app updates live with new ticket sales? Keep those ticket sales open for the last-minute planners to get their tickets and join the party!
Amending ticket close times in the Promotion Centre
Head to your event and locate your tickets via “Manage tickets” > “View tickets” on the left-hand side. Click the cog icon on the tickets you wish to amend, followed by “edit”. Scroll down to “Stop selling tickets” and click “On a specific date & time” in order to specify when to stop selling. Rapidscan will pull through new sales when connected to Wi-Fi.
Using Rapidscan
Ensure you use Rapidscan on the night to scan your customers' tickets, keep the queues moving and view live stats of how many people you’ve had through the door. You can easily access your RapidScan data after the event too by heading to the Promotion Centre.
We strongly encourage using RapidScan for a whole host of reasons, such as:
Allows us to defend any potential chargebacks/disputes
Real-time entry stats and capacity readings during the event
Redemption data can be viewed after the event
All ticket holders will be issued a unique barcode
Helps combat ticket touting

Ensuring everyone can attend your event
For sold out events, Re:Sell is an official resale platform feature that we offer where a customer can Re:Sell their unwanted ticket(s).
Once a customer adds their ticket(s) to Re:Sell, we will then attempt to resell their tickets through our sales channels on their behalf. If successful, a refund of the face value will be issued back to them and tickets transferred to the new customer - otherwise the tickets will be returned back to the original customer..
To enable Re:Sell, click on the event name from your dashboard, then go to Manage Tickets > Re:Sell.
Waiting List allows potential customers to sign up to be notified when new tickets are put on sale for your event.
When additional tickets are released (either from the promoter or via Re:Sell), we will reserve tickets for customers on the waiting list on a first-come-first-served basis.
Customers then get 20 minutes to claim the tickets allocated to them, via SMS, App Push, and Email alerts. Tickets are safely reserved in customer's baskets. Any remaining tickets are released to the public.
If customers don't claim the tickets allocated to them, they quickly move to the next person on the list, or to the public if the list has been exhausted.
When your event sells out the Waiting list is enabled automatically.

Ensure your bank details are current, correct and ready in time for remittance. Head to the “Finance” tab on the left-hand side of the Promotion Centre, then click “Bank Accounts”. If you’ve not added any details already, simply click “Add a new account” and follow the steps to get those in place.
