Using our RapidScan entry stats you can view how many tickets were redeemed/entered whilst using the RapidScan app at your event.
Data is pushed from scanners to your account every few seconds when the scanner or smartphone has an internet connection. Please note, scan dates/times are dependant upon the local time set on the device.
To locate the RapidScan entry stats page, first login to the Promotion Centre and click on the 'Analytics' tab.
Under the Analytics tab click 'RapidScan entry stats' (shown below).
Using the dropdown/search bar, select which event you would like to view the stats for.
Once you have selected the event, a graph will display a full breakdown of the times and dates different ticket types were scanned into the event. By clicking on the different ticket names at the bottom of the graph, you will be able to add or remove them tailoring your report.
In addition to the graph, the stats are broken down into a few different categories.
The first category shows how many tickets were redeemed and is broken down by ticket types. It also displays the price of the ticket, how many were sold and how many were entered as well as converting this to a percentage.
Top tip: If you click on a ticket name within this section this will show this ticket type on the graph.
The second category allows you to view how many tickets were entered/scanned by each device and also where this was, taking into consideration different locations or gates.
โTop tip: By clicking on individual ticket types or device names, you will be able to filter this ticket type on the graph to view only these stats.
We recommend using QR code logins to add guest users to RapidScan and setting the correct entrance/ gate location so the graph populates with that information. To learn how to set up users using the QR codes, please see our article here.
