Using our powerful search tool, you can now view all of your customer orders for events past and present. To find out which tickets your customers have purchased, what their contact details are (also now editable) more, simply search your customers’ name, email address, postcode or order ID and contact them. Please include hyphens when searching using the order ID number.

It is very important that when you communicate with customers using the following method, that it is only with information pertinent to the event, and not for marketing purposes, as this could incur hefty penalties for breach of GDPR.

To locate the order admin page on the left of the overall dashboard click on the 'Customers / Orders' Tab and click 'view orders'.

This will display the Order Admin page.

Click on an order, once located to view the specific order details. Within individual orders you can refund customers and resend ticket receipts.
