Our Order Admin tool makes it easy to search and manage customer orders for your past and upcoming events.
You can use the powerful search tool to find customer orders using:
👤 Customer name
📧 Email address
📍 Postcode
🆔 Order ID
You can also view which tickets customers have purchased and access their contact details, which can now be edited where appropriate.
💡 Tip: When searching by Order ID, make sure you include the hyphens.
🔎 How to access Order Admin
To find the Order Admin page:
From the main dashboard, click Customers / Orders on the left-hand side.
Select View Orders.
This will open the Order Admin page, where you can search and manage customer orders.
📋 Viewing an order
Once you've found the order you're looking for, click on it to view the individual order details.
From here, you can:
🎟️ View the tickets purchased
👤 View customer details
💷 Manage refunds
📧 Resend ticket receipts
This makes it quick and easy to find the information you need about customers attending your event.
⚠️ Important GDPR information
If you're contacting customers using information obtained through Order Admin, communications must only relate to the event they purchased tickets for.
🚫 Customer information must not be used for marketing purposes.
Using customer data for marketing without the appropriate consent could result in significant penalties for breaching GDPR.
Always ensure any communication you send is relevant to the customer's existing booking or the event they have purchased tickets for.
