If you need to view orders for an event using allocated seating, you can access these through the Legacy Promotion Centre.
🎟️ How to view allocated seating orders
Log in to the Legacy Promotion Centre.
Head to the Manage Events tab and select View My Events Overview.
Locate the event you want to view and click on the event name.
Towards the top left of the page, you'll see the Overview box.
Click Seating Plan.
📋 What information can I see?
The Seating Plan page provides a breakdown of all allocated seating orders for your event, including:
🆔 Order ID
👤 Customer Name
💺 Seat Number
💷 Allocated Seating Price
This gives you a quick overview of which customers have purchased specific seats.
🔎 Need more order information?
For a more detailed view of individual orders, you can use the Beta Promotion Centre Order Admin.
You can also see the allocated seat associated with an order directly within the Beta Order Admin screen.
