Remind Me Premium is an opt-in service that allows customers to receive their Remind Me notifications through WhatsApp.

This gives customers another convenient way to stay up to date with your ticket on-sale times and helps increase the chances of them returning to purchase. 🎟️📈

⚙️ How to Enable Remind Me Premium

You can enable Remind Me Premium through the Beta Promotion Centre.

🖥️ Head to the Beta Promotion Centre.

🎟️ Click on the event you want to enable Remind Me Premium for.

⚙️ On the left-hand side, click Manage Tickets.

3. ⚙️ On the left-hand side, click Manage Tickets.
4. 🔔 Select Remind Me.

5. 💬 Enable Remind Me Premium.
