Remind Me gives your customers the opportunity to receive a reminder via email and/or text message at 8pm the evening before and/or 1 hour before your tickets go on sale - making it virtually impossible for customers to miss out on your event on sale!
How do I add Remind Me to my event?
In the promotion centre locate the event you would like to add Remind Me too.
On the left-hand side select <Remind Me>.
Click to enable Remind Me alternatively click Always for Remind Me to be turned on, on all your events
Rules for Remind Me
Remind Me must be set to "On" or "Always"
There must be no publicly available tickets currently on sale
There must be tickets pending onsale in the future
Passworded tickets will not be counted in the above, so Remind Me will show even if there are Passworded tickets currently on sale.
