📥 How to Download Your Customer Data
You can access your customer marketing data by downloading your customer list through Orders in the Promotion Centre.
To get started:
🖥️ Log in to the Promotion Centre.
🎟️ Locate and select the event you want to download the data for.
📋 On the left-hand side, select Customers / Orders.
👀 Click View Orders.
5. 📤 Click the Export button in the top-right corner.
6. 📄 Your customer data will be downloaded as a CSV file.
🔐 Filtering Your Marketing Data
The exported file will contain all customer data for the event.
You will need to filter the spreadsheet to identify which customers have opted in to receive marketing. 📧
🚨 Only customers who have opted in can be contacted for marketing purposes.
