📲 Using Rapidscan
Make sure you use RapidScan on the night to scan your customers' tickets, keep queues moving and view live stats showing how many people have entered your event.
You can also access your RapidScan data after the event through the Promotion Centre 📊
We strongly encourage using RapidScan for a whole host of reasons, such as:
Allows us to defend any potential chargebacks/disputes
Real-time entry stats and capacity readings during the event
Redemption data can be viewed after the event
All ticket holders will be issued a unique barcode
Helps combat ticket touting

🎟️ Ensuring everyone can attend your event
For sold out events, Re:Sell is an official resale platform feature that we offer where a customer can Re:Sell their unwanted ticket(s).
Once a customer adds their ticket(s) to Re:Sell, we’ll attempt to resell them through our sales channels on their behalf.
If successful, a refund of the ticket's face value will be issued to the original customer and the ticket(s) will be transferred to the new customer. 💸🎟️
If the ticket(s) don’t sell, they’ll be returned to the original customer.
🔄To enable Re:Sell:
Click on the event name from your dashboard.
Go to Manage Tickets > Re.
📋 Waiting List
Waiting List allows potential customers to sign up to be notified when new tickets become available for your event. 🔔
When additional tickets are released — either by the promoter or via Re — we’ll reserve tickets for customers on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.
Customers then have 20 minutes to claim their allocated tickets via:
📱 SMS
🔔 App Push
📧 Email
Tickets are safely reserved in the customer's basket during this time. 🛒
Any remaining tickets are then released to the public.
If customers don't claim their allocated tickets, the tickets will quickly move to the next person on the list, or to the public if the list has been exhausted.
💡 Please note: When your event sells out, the Waiting List is enabled automatically.
