Having Trouble Finding an Event?

If you're struggling to locate an event in the Promotion Centre, you can easily find it by using the filtering tools available on your dashboard.

These tools allow you to filter events by:

  • Date

  • Event status or category

  • Keyword or event name

Where to Find the Filter Tools

To begin filtering your events:

  1. Go to your Promotion Centre dashboard.

  2. Scroll down to the section labeled "Your Events".

  3. You’ll see a filter bar with three key tools:

    • Calendar icon

    • Drop-down menu

    • Search bar

How to Use Each Filter Tool

📅 Calendar Filter

The calendar icon allows you to select a specific date or date range.
Use this to display only events happening on the selected dates.

Example:
Want to find events scheduled next month? Use the calendar to jump directly to that timeframe.

The calendar allows you to select specific dates of the events you would like to be shown.

📂 Drop-Down Menu Filter

The drop-down menu lets you filter your events by category or status.

By default, the dashboard shows only your active upcoming events, but you can also choose to view:

  • Past events

  • Draft events

  • Embargoed events

  • Deleted events

  • Suspended events

This makes it easy to manage all your events in one place, regardless of their current status.

The drop menu gives you the option to view specific categories of events. By default, the list will display only your active upcoming events, but with the drop menu you can also view past events or even events that are in draft, embargoed, deleted or suspended.

🔍 Search Bar

The search bar is ideal for quickly finding a specific event by name.

To use the search bar:

  • Type the full event name, or

  • Enter a keyword (e.g. part of the event name)

This will narrow down your results and show matching events instantly.

Tip:
Use unique keywords for faster and more accurate search results.
