What is the calendar view?
If you have a series of events over a number of days, you might find customers struggle to navigate the numerous events to locate the date they want. We have now introduced a way to integrate all events into one listing/ a calendar view.
Customers just need to click on the Find Tickets button on the listing (shown below). A window will then appear, with a calendar display showing all dates & times of events that are available. Simply clicking on the time will pull the tickets for sale and customers can check out right there!
How to set up the calendar view on your events
To group your events, you just need to head to the event dashboard and scroll down to locate the list of your events. Using the checkboxes on the left select which events you would like to group together.
Once selected press the 'Group Events' button. This will display the following pop up window.
Once happy with all the information, press confirm. This means your events are now grouped. To ungroup them repeat the steps and press 'Ungroup events'.
