Tickets don’t always show in the order you would like. Luckily there’s a quick fix for this! All you need to do is reorder your tickets in our Promotion Centre.

On the main dashboard choose which event you would like to reorder your tickets for.

Click on manage tickets on the left-hand side and view tickets.

Here you will see a list of tickets that you have added.

To reorder your tickets click the reorder button above the listed tickets (shown below)

On the left, use the arrows to move the tickets to the correct order. Once you are happy click 'Finish Reordering'

This will reflect immediately on the website!
