📥 Downloading Your Customer List
To download your customer list:
🖥️ Head to the Promotion Centre.
🎟️ Scroll down on the dashboard and click on the event you want to download the customer list for.
👥 On the left-hand side, select Customers/Orders.
4. 📋 Click Customer Lists.
5. ☑️ Select the lists you want to download.
💡 Tip: If you'd like to download the lists for all ticket types, click Select All.
📄 Choose Your Download Format
Once you've selected your customer lists, choose how you'd like to download them:
📄 PDF — ideal for viewing or printing
📊 CSV — ideal for working with the data in a spreadsheet
Once you've selected your preferred format, download your list and you're ready to go! 😀🎟️
