Event Series makes it easier to create multiple dates for repeating events while keeping the same event information, tickets and pricing across the series.
All Dates within an Event Series share the same:
📝 Event name
📄 Description
🎟️ Tickets
💷 Pricing
💡 Please Note: Any changes made to the Event Series will apply to all Dates within the series.

Event Series is ideal for repeating events such as:
🎧 Repeat club nights
🧘 Repeat classes

➕ How to Create an Event Series
To create an Event Series:
🖥️ Click Add New Event in the Promotion Centre sidebar.
📝 Set up your event as normal, including the event type, event name, description and venue.
📅 When you reach When does your event run?, select Event Series (Two or more Dates).
1️⃣ Add Your Dates
Add your individual event dates to the calendar.
➕ Add Dates Individually
Click the + icon to add individual Dates to your Event Series.
🔄 Add Multiple Dates
Alternatively, click Add Repeating Series to quickly add multiple Dates at once.
Step 1.2:
2️⃣ Complete Your Event Setup
Continue through the event setup process as normal and add your tickets.
When adding tickets, the following details will be applied across all Dates in your Event Series:
🎟️ Ticket types
💷 Prices
🎫 Ticket allocations
⚠️ Please Note: When creating an Event Series, Dates remain in an unsaved state until you complete Step 1 of the event setup. The Dates are saved once you complete this step.
When editing an existing Event Series, any changes will remain unsaved until you click Next.
🔗 Grouped vs Ungrouped Events
You can choose whether your Dates are grouped together on Skiddle or displayed separately.
🟢 Grouped
Your entire Event Series will appear as one event in Skiddle search results.
Customers will see a calendar showing each individual Date and can select the specific Date they're interested in.
Best for: Customers who are choosing between multiple dates of the same event.
🔵 Ungrouped
Each Date within the Event Series will appear separately in Skiddle search results and will act as its own event.
Best for: Events where you want each date to have its own individual listing.
