We know that you don't always want your event to go live immediately. Yet remembering to put this live can be a challenge. So all you need to do is embargo your events and let the system take care of the rest!

To set up an embargo for your listing, you will need to go to Step 5 in the edit event page.

To get to embargoing your event, locate the correct event on your dashboard and press the <manage event> button on the left-hand side. Click <edit visibility> then click next in the bottom right-hand corner.

At the bottom of this next page, you will see the Embargo button.

Select this and the embargo page will show.

Enter the date and time you would like your event to go live.

Note: This can be changed at any time.

Once saved your event will remain in draft until your selected date and time.
