Need to change the price of one of your tickets? The process depends on whether the ticket has already had any sales. 🎟️
⚠️ If Tickets Have Already Sold
If a ticket has already had sales, you can't change its price.
Instead:
🛑 Close the existing ticket.
➕ Create a new ticket.
💷 Set the new ticket at your desired price.
This ensures any existing orders remain linked to the original ticket price.
✏️ If No Tickets Have Sold
If the ticket hasn't had any sales yet, you can change the price directly.
🖥️ From the dashboard, select the event you want to amend.
🎟️ On the left-hand side, click Manage Tickets.
📋 Select View Tickets.
⚙️ Locate the ticket you want to amend and click the Cog icon.
✏️ Click Edit.
6. 💷 Scroll down to the Price box and enter your new ticket price.
7. ✅ Click Update Ticket.
💡 Top Tip
Always check whether your ticket has had any sales before trying to change the price. If sales have already been made, you'll need to create a new ticket instead.
