💷 How to Set Up Commission Rewards
To set up commission for your reps:
🖥️ Head to Promotion on the left-hand side of the Promotion Centre.
👥 Select Manage Reps.
💰 Click the Commission tab.
⚙️ Set the commission type to Fixed.
💷 Enter the amount you'd like to pay in the Commission Value box.
✅ Click Update.
Your reps will then earn the commission you've set for the tickets they sell. 🎟️💰
🎁 What Can I Use to Reward Reps?
There are plenty of ways to incentivise your reps beyond cash. Get creative with rewards that make sense for your event! 🔥

🏆 How Do Reward Tiers Work?
You can create multiple reward tiers to give your reps something to work towards as they sell more tickets.
Example:
Points | 🎁 Reward |
1,000 | 🎟️ Free Queue Jump ticket |
1,500 | 🥤 Free drinks |
5,000 | 👕 Free hoodie |
💡 Please note: Reps receive each reward as they reach the relevant tier.
For example, if a rep reaches 6,000 points, they'll receive all three rewards — the Queue Jump ticket, free drinks and free hoodie. 🏆
⚙️ How to Set Up Reward Tiers
To create your reward tiers:
🖥️ Head to the Promotion tab.
👥 Select Manage Reps.
➕ Click Add Reward.
🎁 Enter the details of your reward.
🔢 Enter the number of points required to unlock it.
🎟️ Enter how many rewards are available.
💾 Click Save.
You can then continue adding additional reward tiers to create a progression for your reps. 🚀
✏️ Can I Change My Reward Tiers?
You can add extra incentives at any time. ➕🎁
Once a reward tier has been created, you can only edit it if no reps are currently working towards that tier.

If your rewards are:
🏆 1,000 points — Free Queue Jump ticket
🥤 1,500 points — Free drinks
👕 5,000 points — Free hoodie
And your top-performing rep has reached 1,200 points:
1,000 Points — Free Queue Jump ticket
🔒 Cannot be edited — this reward has already been awarded.
1,500 Points — Free drinks
🔒 Cannot be edited — reps are actively working towards this tier.
5,000 Points — Free hoodie
✏️ Can be edited — no reps are currently working towards this tier.
