🎟️ How Do Reps Receive Their Rewards?
Once a rep has earned a reward, they will receive a reward ticket in the app.
The ticket will clearly show the prize they have earned and can be redeemed at your event.
Reward tickets are issued 24 hours before the event starts.
📲 How Do I Redeem Reward Tickets?
Reward tickets can be scanned using the RapidScan app on the night of the event.
The reward ticket's barcode can be scanned to confirm the prize has been claimed.
🔒 Each reward ticket can only be redeemed once, helping you prevent rewards from being claimed multiple times.
