👥 What Is the Rep System and Where Is It Available?

The Rep system gives you, the promoter, the opportunity to reach a bigger audience by encouraging customers to actively promote your event.

Customers who sign up as reps can earn cash or rewards for sharing their unique links and generating ticket sales. 💷🎁

The Rep system is available to customers on both Android and iOS devices who have purchased a ticket for your event.

Once enabled, customers can sign up to become reps for your event.

They can then:

It's a great way to turn your existing customers into advocates for your event and reach audiences beyond your usual marketing channels.

To enable the Rep system:

6. ✅ Select the Rep option you'd like to use.

There are four options available:

Any reps who sign up are automatically approved and can start earning commission straight away.

💡 Recommended: We recommend using Auto Approval to avoid delays and allow reps to start promoting your event immediately.

Reps can sign up, but you'll need to approve them manually before they can start earning commission.

Existing reps can continue earning commission, but no new reps can join.

No new reps can join and existing reps cannot earn commission.

Once reps are enabled on your event, customers can choose to join by visiting your event listing or brand page.

Once approved, reps can head to:
