Rewards will be issued as a ticket displaying in the <My tickets> section of the app.

These can then be redeemed on the night. The ticket will show in your RapidScan app and clearly show the prize they have been rewarded. By scanning barcodes you can ensure they can only be redeemed once.

Reward tickets are issued 24 hours before the event starts.
