RapidScan Entry Stats give you a detailed overview of how many customers entered your event using the RapidScan app.
π How to Access RapidScan Entry Stats
To view your event's entry data:
π₯οΈ Log in to the Promotion Centre.
π Click Analytics on the left-hand side.
ποΈ Select RapidScan
Click Entry Stats
4. π Use the drop-down menu to select the event you want to view.
Once you've selected your event, you'll see a full breakdown of your entry times and ticket redemptions.
π How Quickly Does Data Update?
Data is pushed from your RapidScan scanners to your account every few seconds, provided the scanner or smartphone has an internet connection. πΆ
β οΈ Please note: Scan dates and times are based on the local time set on the device used to scan the ticket.
π What Does the Entry Stats Report Show?
The report provides a breakdown of your event's entries, including:
ποΈ Ticket types
π’ Number of tickets entered
π Percentage of tickets entered
π± Device used to scan tickets
πͺ Entrance or gate location
β° Entry times
You can also customise the graph to focus on specific ticket types or devices.
ποΈ Ticket Type Breakdown
The first section shows how many tickets were redeemed and entered, broken down by ticket type.
You'll be able to see:
π« Ticket type
π· Ticket price
π Number of tickets sold
β Number of tickets entered
π Percentage of tickets entered

Click on a ticket name in this section to add that ticket type to the graph and see its entry data visually. π
π± Entry Stats by Device
The second section shows how many tickets were scanned by each RapidScan device.
This can also show the location of the device, such as a particular entrance or gate. πͺπ
This is especially useful if you're running multiple entrances and want to see where customers are entering your event.

Click on individual ticket types or device names to filter the graph and view only the data you're interested in. π

For the most useful entry data, we recommend setting the correct entrance or gate location when creating your RapidScan guest users.
This allows your Entry Stats graph to show where tickets were scanned, helping you understand customer flow across your event. ππͺ

We recommend using QR code logins when adding guest users to RapidScan.
When setting up each guest user, make sure you assign the correct entrance or gate location. This ensures your RapidScan Entry Stats contain the most accurate information.
