📈 Demographics

The Demographics section gives you a clearer picture of who is buying tickets for your events.

You can filter your sales data by:

  • 📍 Location — see where your customers are purchasing from

  • 🏙️ City — understand which towns and cities are generating the most sales

  • 🎂 Age — see the age profile of your customers

  • 👤 Gender — view the gender breakdown of your ticket buyers

Use these insights to understand your audience better and help inform your future event planning, targeting and marketing activity.


📍 Sales by Location

See where your customers are based and identify the areas generating the most ticket sales.

The map shows the location of ticket-buying customers based on the address entered at checkout.

💡 Please note: The map does not include phone sales, sales made through third-party websites or sales from unknown locations.

For events with a high volume of sales, the map may take a few minutes to fully load. You can zoom in, zoom out and change the map position using the available controls.

🔎 Filter Your Results

You can also filter the map to show sales for:

  • 🎟️ Specific events — choose which event or events you want to view

  • 📅 Timeframes — select the period of sales you'd like to analyse

This makes it easy to compare where your customers are coming from across different events or periods.


🏙️ Sales by City

Break down your sales by individual cities to see which locations are driving the most interest in your event.


🎂 Sales by Age & Gender

Understand the demographic profile of your audience by viewing the age and gender of your ticket buyers.

These graphs show the current age and gender of customers who have purchased tickets for your event.

💡 Please note: Sales values shown in this report relate to ticket face value only and do not include booking fees or RapidScan fees. This may mean the figures shown here differ from those in your Order History.


🎟️ Ticket Stats

The Ticket Stats section gives you an overview of how your tickets are performing.

Use this data to monitor your sales and understand how different ticket types are contributing to your overall event performance.

This can be particularly useful for events with multiple ticket types, releases or price points, helping you identify which tickets are selling best and where you may need to adjust your promotion strategy.


📅 Busiest Sales Days

See which days of the week generate the most ticket sales, helping you understand when customers are most likely to purchase tickets.

🕐 Busiest Sales Hours

View the times of day when your tickets are selling the most. This can help you identify peak purchasing periods and understand when your audience is most active.

📈 This Year vs Last Year

Compare your current ticket sales with previous year's performance to see how your events are tracking year-on-year.

🔄 Compare Events

Compare the performance of different events to understand how ticket sales are progressing across your events. This can be useful for identifying trends and seeing how different events perform against each other.

🏷️ Campaign Breakdown

See how your Campaign Tags are performing and identify which campaigns or links are generating ticket sales. This can help you understand where your sales are coming from and measure the performance of different promotional activity.
