⏰ What is Session Based Ticketing?

Session Based Ticketing allows you to quickly and easily create and sell tickets for events where customers need to arrive at a specific time.

It makes managing multiple entry times much simpler, saving you time creating duplicate events or copying tickets between different listings.

A Timed Session Event is split into multiple Sessions, which can be thought of as individual entry times.

Sessions can be created at regular intervals of:

Each Session can have its own entry capacity, allowing you to control how many customers can attend each time slot.

You can also choose which tickets count towards the Session capacity and which don't.

Session Based Ticketing is particularly useful for events where customers need to arrive at specific times, including:

Sessions can be individually added or removed from the Sessions Calendar, giving you flexibility to manage your event schedule.

⚠️ Please Note: If a Session has already had ticket sales, it cannot be deleted. Instead, the Session will need to be cancelled.

Timed Sessions can be used alongside an Event Series.

This allows you to create recurring Dates, with each Date containing multiple Timed Sessions.

This is ideal for events running regularly across multiple Dates with different entry times.

Session Based Ticketing is particularly useful for larger events where you need to control queues and manage the number of customers entering at any one time.
