Creating and sending free tickets to guests/artists.

Running a free guestlist has never been easier - we have a dedicated Guestlist Manager function which issues free tickets to your guest/customer directly, and cuts out the hassle of maintaining a list at your event.

Adding and issuing a guestlist ticket

To issue guestlist tickets simply head to 'manage tickets' and click 'guestlist manager'

From there head to the 'Tickets' tab.

You will then be prompted to add a new ticket type. Click 'create guestlist ticket'.

A pop-up box will then appear, create the name of the ticket - for example ‘Artist Guestlist’; or ‘Staff Friends & Family Guestlist’ etc…

In the description add any additional info you may like them to know: where to go to gain entry at the event; the time to arrive; or if there’s any money to pay on arrival.

And then select a category, which will keep your guestlist separate from your general tickets, making it easier to keep track of.

Please note that guestlist tickets are hidden from the public, and will not appear on your listing.

Optional Rapidscan Customisation - This allows you to add any extra information you want to be included on the tickets that are sent to customers.

Once you're happy with the details press ‘Create Ticket’.

A list of current guestlist tickets will be displayed, you can go back in and edit or delete these by pressing the cog icon.

Once you have created a ticket type you can start adding your guests to your guestlists!

Head back to the guestlist tab.

Press 'Add to Guestlist'.

Here you will need to input the name of your guest, and most importantly their email address as this is where the ticket will be issued.

Then select how many tickets you would like issued and which ticket type you would like to send them. Once you have selected what tickets you wish to send and how many tickets to send press 'Add'.

This will create a list of tickets which you are sending to that customer.

Once you have added all tickets you wish to send, finalise by pressing 'Send Tickets'

You will be asked to confirm if the details you have entered are correct, read over these and once happy press 'Confirm'

Select to close, or add another guest.
