How to Change Ticket Count Email Settings

How to set up your Ticket Count email reports, change report frequency and recipients

Ticket Count reports are managed individually, per ticket. This is to allow flexibility to set up different reporting frequencies or recipients for each ticket on your event. Therefor any required changes must be made to all relevant tickets.

To set up Ticket Count report emails, or amend an existing report, first open the relevant Event on Promotion Centre, then go to 'Manage Tickets' and 'View Tickets' in the left hand navigation bar.

Click the cog icon and click 'Edit' against the ticket you want to edit.

Scroll down until you reach the View Advanced Options box. Expand the box and select 'Ticket counts & reports'.

To turn on reporting, click 'Yes'. You can then enter the email address or addresses that you want to receive a report for that ticket. Use commas to separate multiple emails.

Finally, you can set the report frequency. Choose between:

  • 9am daily

  • 4pm daily

  • 9am + 4pm daily

  • 9am Monday + 9am Friday

Remember, this step needs repeating for each ticket you would like to receive Ticket Count reports for. Please ensure that the email address is correct and matches across all tickets you would like to be included.
