Once you have created a promotion within the promotion centre these are ready to be sent out to customers to use.

All your customers need to do is head to the event listing and look for the yellow padlock icon underneath the tickets.

Press the unlock button. This will show the promo code box. In the promo code box input the password and click apply.

The ticket will show the discounted price with the original price underneath.
