🔓 How to use a Discount Code

Once you've created a Promotion within the Promotion Centre, the associated Discount Codes are ready to be shared with your customers.

Customers can then use their code when purchasing tickets through your event listing.

4. The promo code box will appear.

5. Enter the Discount Code and click Apply.

6. The discounted ticket price will then be displayed, with the original price shown underneath.

The process is very similar for Event Series and Session-Based Events.

Because customers need to select their Date and, for Session-Based Events, their Session time, there are a few additional screens where they can enter their Discount Code.

🔓 Customers simply need to look for the yellow padlock icon, enter their code and apply it.

Customers can enter their Discount Code while selecting their preferred Date and tickets.

Customers can enter their Discount Code while selecting their Date, Session time and tickets.

💡 Tip: Make sure customers know which Discount Code to use and any restrictions that apply to the promotion, such as specific tickets, Dates or Sessions.
