Once you've created your Promotions and Discount Codes, you can easily view and manage them from your event dashboard.
🔎 How to access your Promotions
To find your Promotions dashboard:
Select the event you want to manage from your dashboard.
Click Manage Tickets on the left-hand side.
Select Discount Codes.
This will take you to your Promotions dashboard.
📊 Managing your Promotions
From the Promotions dashboard, you can see an overview of all the Promotions you've created, including:
✅ Active Promotions
⛔ Deactivated Promotions
🎟️ Which tickets the Promotion applies to
💷 How the Promotion affects your ticket prices
📈 How many times your Discount Codes have been used
This gives you a quick overview of how your Discount Codes are performing and which offers are currently active.
💡 Tip: Regularly check your Promotions dashboard to keep track of code usage and make sure any offers you're running are still active and applying to the correct tickets.
