Brand Alerts are used to send automated push/email alerts to customers who follow a brand. Alerts are sent when new events are tagged to the brand. This is a free service.
Push alerts are sent via the Skiddle app to customers who follow your brand. Our new email alerts capture a wider audience and are sent to any customers who follow your brand and have an email address.

Once enabled, the alerts are sent automatically and no further action is needed. You are only able to tag events to Brands you are the owner of.
In order to trigger push alerts / emails please see the below criteria:
Event must be Live
Event must be Public
Event must start in the future
Event must be added within the last 7 days
