📲 How Brand Alerts Work
Push alerts are sent via the Skiddle app to customers who follow your brand.
Our email alerts reach an even wider audience and are sent to customers who follow your brand and have an email address. 📧
Once enabled, alerts are sent automatically, so there’s no need for any further action.
💡 Please note: You can only tag events to Brands that you are the owner of.

✅ Brand Alert Criteria
For your push alerts and emails to be triggered, your event must meet the following criteria:
🟢 Event must be Live
🌍 Event must be Public
📅 Event must start in the future
🆕 Event must have been added within the last 7 days
If all of the above criteria are met, your Brand Alerts will be sent automatically. 🚀
