🎤 Tagging Artists

Scroll through the pages using the Next button in the bottom-right corner until you reach the Tag Artist page.

To add an artist:

  1. 🔎 Start typing the name of the artist appearing at your event.

  2. 🎤 Select the artist from the dropdown list.

  3. ➕ If the artist isn't listed, scroll to the bottom of the dropdown and click the + icon to add them.

🔔 Why Should I Tag Artists?

Tagging the correct artists can help your event reach relevant customers through Skiddle's Artist Alerts.

Artist Alerts are automated and personalised notifications sent based on customers' artist-tracking preferences.

If your event matches a customer's preferences, they may receive:

📱 A push notification

📧 An email

💻 A browser notification

This lets customers know when one of their favourite artists is performing at your event. 🎉

🎶 Tagging Genres & Brands

On the next page, you'll find dropdown boxes where you can add genres and brands that are relevant to your event.

To add them:

  1. 🔎 Type the genre or brand you're looking for into the search bar.

  2. 📋 Matching options will appear as you type.

  3. ✅ Click the relevant genre or brand to add it to your event.

You can tag up to 5 genres and brands to your event. 🎯

💡 Tip: Make sure you only tag genres and brands that are genuinely relevant to your event. This helps ensure your event reaches the right audience. 🎟️
