If you are not receiving your daily ticket count, please check your email address is correct in the ticket report box. On the left click 'Manage Tickets' and 'View Tickets'.

Click the cog icon and click 'edit'. Scroll down until you reach the advanced options box. Expand the box and select 'Ticket counts & reports'.

Please ensure your email is correct.

Please note, all tickets must contain the same string of emails in order to generate one ticket count report. If the combination of email varies, a ticket report for each variation will be received.
