To hide tickets from public view, please select which event you would like to hide the ticket for on the dashboard.
Then click 'Manage Tickets' on the left and click 'View Tickets'
Once you have located the ticket you'd like to hide, click on the 'cog' icon and press 'hide'.
When a ticket is hidden, the Status will change to pending / hidden or on sale hidden.
To unhide the ticket click the cog icon again click unhide.
