🏷️ How Do I Use Campaign Tags?

How to use Campaign Tags to track ticket sales from specific links.

Campaign Tags allow you to track sales generated through specific links, giving you a clear breakdown of where your ticket sales have come from.

🔗 How Do Campaign Tags Work?

Campaign Tags are easy to set up. Simply add ?skcampaign= to the end of your event URL, followed by the name of your campaign or rep.

For example:

https://www.skiddle.com/e/12345678/?skcampaign=johnsmith

Once customers use this link to purchase tickets, the sales will be attributed to the relevant Campaign Tag.

📊 Where Can I View My Campaign Sales?

Once sales have been made, you can view your Campaign Tag statistics in the Promotion Centre.

Head to:

Analytics → Ticket Stats → Campaign Breakdown

Here you'll be able to see the sales generated through your different Campaign Tags.

💡 Campaign Tags vs Rep System

Campaign Tags work in a similar way to the Rep system, but they are primarily designed to help you track sales yourself rather than offer rewards or commission for tickets sold.

⚠️ Important: Campaign Tags and Reps should not be used at the same time.

💳 Using Campaign Tags with Stripe

If you're using Stripe as your payment processor, Campaign Tags are a useful alternative to the Rep system.

The Rep system cannot be used alongside Stripe payments, whereas Campaign Tags allow you to continue tracking sales from specific links.
