📧 How to Announce Your Venue
To announce your event venue:
📩 Email the Account Support team from the email address registered to your Skiddle account.
🏢 Provide the name and full address of the venue.
⏰ Make sure you contact us at least 48 hours before your event.

⚠️ Important: All communications regarding announcing or amending venue information must go through Skiddle.
📢 What Happens Next?
Once the venue has been updated, we'll email all customers who have purchased tickets for your event to let them know where the event will take place. 📧
This ensures customers have the correct venue information before attending.
💷 Are Customers Entitled to a Refund?
Customers are not entitled to a refund when the venue is announced.
This is because customers purchased their tickets knowing that the venue information would be revealed to them at a later date.
