At Skiddle, we want all events to be inclusive and enjoyable for everyone and we want to ensure our customers' booking process goes as smoothly as possible.

Having accessibility information on a venue will help achieve this by detailing how accessible it is and whether it's suitable for someone to then attend your event.


Accessibility options are added to a venue in the venue details box. For help on how to locate this have a look at our article How to add a venue.

Here you have your Accessibility checkboxes. There are options that you can choose to apply to a venue.
