I need to announce my event's venue?

To announce the venue for your event at a "Secret Venue" or "TBC Venue" all you need to do is drop the Account Support team an email from the email address on your account and provide us with the name and address of the venue.

It is essential that we announce your venue for the event to ensure customers know where to go to attend your event. This must be at least 48 hours before the event is due to take place. All communications must go through Skiddle when announcing/amending venue information.

Once updated, we will email all customers to notify them of the event venue.

Customers are NOT entitled to a refund upon notification of the venue as they have purchased knowing this information will be revealed to them later.
