Have you closed your tickets but now need to reopen them? Whether you've added more tickets to your allocation or need to reopen a ticket for Re, it's quick and easy to do. 🎟️
🔓 How to Reopen a Ticket
To reopen a closed ticket:
🖥️ Head to your event in the Promotion Centre.
⚙️ Click Manage Tickets on the left-hand side.
🎟️ Select View Tickets.
You'll see all the tickets listed for your event, including their status and available allocations.
🔄 Select Reopen
If your tickets are closed:
🔎 Find the ticket you want to reopen.
⚙️ Click the blue Cog icon.
🔓 Select Reopen.
A window will then appear where you can choose when the ticket should stop selling again.
⏰ Choose Your Closing Time
You have two options for when the ticket should close:
🕐 Default: Tickets will close 1 hour before your event starts.
📅 Specific date and time: Choose your own closing date and time.
Once you're happy with your selection, click Confirm. ✅
Your ticket will now be open for sale again! 🎉
💡 Tip: Reopening tickets can be particularly useful if you've increased your allocation or need to make tickets available for Re.
