If you have forgotten your password, please select the 'forgot password?' option.

This will send you an email to reset your password to the main email address on your account. When you receive the email, please select the link provided and follow the steps to create your new password.

Once you have updated your password, this will be the password you use each time when logging into the Promotion Centre.

Please be aware, the "forgotten password" email may not come through to your inbox instantly and sometimes filters do direct it to your spam/junk folder so please check there.
