🏦 My Remittance Has Been Sent to My Old Bank Account

Has your remittance been sent to an old or incorrect bank account? Here’s what you need to know. 👇

⏳ What Happens if My Remittance Is Sent to an Old Account?

Unfortunately, if your remittance has been sent to an old bank account, we have to wait for the bank to return the funds to us.

The remittance process at Skiddle is fully automated and cannot be overridden. 🔄

The process of returning the funds can take at least one week and up to one month.

Once the funds have been returned to us, a member of our team will get in touch to confirm the details of the repayment. 💷📧

⚠️ Please note: The time taken for funds to bounce back can vary between banks.

🏦 Make Sure Your Bank Details Are Up to Date

It is the promoter's responsibility to ensure their bank details are correct at all times. ✅

If your bank details have changed, please make sure your new details are added to your account immediately to avoid delays with future remittances.
